Dearly Departed Preview (Curtain Calls 5.5, January 2010)

“Dearly Departed” has been called a drop dead funny farce. It is a type of comedy not usually done by Community Players; yet it was felt that something this unique was worth the challenges. The play was a financially success, but it did garner some letters of complaint to the board. The audiences did not have to be challenged or to think too much, just the opportunity to sit back, relax and laugh out loud for a couple of hours.
