Samuel James Willis (Lenny Ganz) is honored and ecstatic to be taking part in this hilarious play! He was most recently on stage this past May in the role of Wayne in Puffs. This will be Sam’s 20th time working with CPT, and his 39th show overall. Past productions include Cinderella, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Patio Plays, and A Shayna Maidel. Thanks are in order for his family, to his amazing girlfriend Emily and their kitty Maggie May for helping him run lines, to the staff for entrusting him with this role, to his castmates for being so much fun to play off of in this show, and last but not least to one of his heroes - the late, great Robin Williams, who delivered a quote during one of his standup sets which greatly describes Sam’s experience participating in this production: “You’ve got to be crazy. It’s too late to be sane. Too late. You’ve got to go full-tilt bozo. ‘Cause you’re only given a little spark of madness, and if you lose that, you’re nothing. Note, from me to you… Don’t ever lose that cause it keeps you alive.”
