"Pay What You Can" Preview Performances:
Community Players has always been committed to making theatre accessible to every individual in the community. The "Pay What You Can" Preview Performance is meant to ensure that financial constraints do not preclude people from experiencing the excitement of live theatre. The Preview Performance dates are the Thursday night prior to the opening of each show. General Admission seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with the doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and the performance starting at 7:30 p.m.

All single admission ticket sales are available online 24/7.
The box office is available for walk-in or telephone sales opening week Monday through Saturday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. During the weeks a show is running the box office is available 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on show dates only, and one hour prior to curtain time of each performance. We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

All shows are subject to availability. To guarantee seating, season subscribers must submit their request for seats by the dates appearing on their subscription stubs.
Refunds / Exchanges:
We are unable to give refunds for tickets. (We may bend the rules if a performance is completely sold out and we have a standby list). If for any reason you cannot attend a performance or find a friend to give your tickets to, return your tickets or call the box office and release your ticket numbers prior to the performance. Upon request, we will send you a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution.
Exchanges for season ticket holders are allowed within the same production up until one hour before curtain. Exchanges for other ticket holders are allowed for best available seats up to 24 hours prior to ticket performance time. Original tickets must be surrendered at the box office before new tickets will be released.
Phone ordered tickets, Will Call tickets, and Credit Card guarantees:
All tickets ordered in advance must be paid at the time the order is placed. This is best done with a credit card. For those without a credit card, tickets will be held for 48 hours pending mail receipt of a check or payment in person. A credit card may be used to secure your tickets and seat location for arrival up to 5 minutes before curtain. (You may still opt to pay cash or personal check when you pick up your tickets).
In the event that there are unpaid, pre-ordered tickets at the "will-call" window ? hour until curtain, the Box Office reserves the right to release them for sale to standby list patrons, walk-in sales, RUSH tickets (high school and college students only) and upgrades. Credit card charges will be processed for unclaimed, secured tickets when the show begins.
Tickets for parties of 6 or more must be prepaid or guaranteed with a credit card before seats will be selected. Pre-arranged group sales (20 or more) must be prepaid or guaranteed with a credit card 72 hours in advance of the performance.
Payment:
We accept cash, personal checks, and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Make checks payable to "Community Players Theatre". There will be a service charge for all returned checks.
